Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us if you need help with return shipping logistics at JoePinball@Pinball805.com.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery and note any damages on the shipping document the driver provides before you sign anything. Take photos and a video to document and have the driver do the same. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will then be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.
