Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time for our accessories is between 3 to 5 business days and our pinball machines are 2-4 weeks (virtual pinball machines are 12-15 weeks). All our accessories are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Pinball machines can be shipped with tracking links so you can track them as well; however, occasionally we hire private shippers that deliver your machine quickly and they will stay in contact through text message.
